So the offer was put in, the answer came back................and we GOT the house!!!! However, we are now unsure if we really want it! If anyone has the foresight of what the housing market will do in the next 2 years could you please give us the insight - is this a good investment or not?

My dad always told me that unless you are flipping a house its best only to buy if you plan on living there at least 3 years... Good Luck, that house is super cute
Okay, you guys have bought and sold as many houses as I have fingers (I'm trying to infer that there's a lot of buying and selling going on here...).
I say buy so that I can live vicariously through you as you live in a house that is yours and not someone else's. Live the dream, baby! I'm going to call you some day!

I wish I had some advice, but I have no idea! Very cute house though. so random question, I was spinning through your blog and Cash's very cute crib bedding caught my eye. I have been looking for something for this new little guy but haven't found anything yet. where did you get his stuff? Please tell me that you aren't super crafty and sewed it yourself! I just don't do that! If you have any ideas of where to look let me know!
I have not idea about the housing market, but the house is really pretty.
